tired, overworked and struggling to keep up with the never ending to do list.
The last thing you need is one more thing to worry about.
If you don’t take the time to heal, your kids will have to deal with the consequences.
Before [working with Karleigh], I was desperate, confused and felt so ashamed of myself. My self esteem was so low that I felt like a complete failure and that everything that happened was my fault.
After going through [working with her], I’m confident, resourceful, and so excited to learn more about myself. There’s so much less shame – I found my light again!
The biggest thing I learned is that I can create my own life and decide EXACTLY the relationships I allow into it because I know what I deserve. Karleigh’s personality and experience was so relatable. I finally feel connected in a community.
Before [working with Karleigh], I was stuck. I had been on my healing journey on my own for awhile but never breaking through to the next level.
I not only have the tools in my arsenal now, but I also know I’m capable of applying them to my life. I don’t feel stuck anymore. I’m excited to know that I CAN get to the next level of healing and feeling whole again!
spoiler alert: the answer is yes
As you go through the course, you’ll be able to ask questions and get support.
Each week you’ll focus on only one topic and guided homework so you know exactly what to do.
The Starter Kit was created by a mom for moms. I know that you beat yourself up enough and you don’t need it from anyone else.
I’m a single mom who has not only survived several abusive relationships but also found out how to heal and end the cycle.
As a mom in recovery, I know what it’s like to experience the guilt and shame that feel SO heavy.
If you’re ready to let that go and finally become the mom you dream if being, I’m the coach to get you there.
You know that moment when there’s so much going on in your head that you can’t even manage to form a sentence?
This happens because our mind is a constant tornado and when we leave things in there, they all get caught up together.
In week 1 you’ll learn how to get the chaos out of your head so you can deal with things one at a time.
This means you’ll react to your kids less and respond more.
Do you find yourself snapping at your kids for the smallest things? Do you suddenly react and don’t know why?
That’s because you don’t now what sets you off, aka your triggers.
As survivors of abuse, not only do our kids press our mom-buttons, but there are also things that cause our brain to panic and react.
If you’ve ever felt like you couldn’t share when you’re uncomfortable or upset, you’ve got a boundary problem.
It’s not your fault. We as women (especially moms) have been taught that it’s disrespectful to hold boundaries. As survivors we learned that our boundaries didn’t matter.
This makes it especially difficult to be a mom because without a solid understanding of boundaries, we can’t cross that divide between us and our kids.
This week you’ll learn my boundaries framework and use it to teach others how to treat you (including your kids).
As a mom, we’re constantly battling the constant pressures of society, friends and family making us feel like we’re always doing something wrong.
As survivors we’re constantly battling the voice of the abuser telling us how worthless we are.
Learning how to manage these is key, especially as a mom. No matter how much we try to hide it, our kids can feel when we’re struggling and it effects them.
This week you’ll learn how to keep them in check.
This isn’t a “listen and go about your day” course. This course is based on ACTION. You’ll have guided homework to do each day that will ensure you make progress.
Due to the shame and guilt that comes with surviving abuse, we don’t talk about it. This leads us to thinking we’re alone. We’re not.
When you grab the course you get access to an exclusive Facebook group with other mamas in the Starter Kit. You’ve spent enough time struggling alone. Not anymore.
Each week you’ll get a group coaching call live in the Facebook group. You’ll be able to ask questions and get answers based on your specific situation.
You’ll be encouraged and motivated every step of the way.
Which is why you’ll also get the “Teach them How to Be Treated” wortkshop.
In this class I teach you how to teach important respect-related topics to your kids like boundaries, consent and trusting their gut.
That’s why you’re getting instant access to Cycle Breaker, a powerful course that will give you the foundation to ensure that the cycle of trauma and abuse ends with YOU.
In it you’ll learn how to pull out these painful cycles out at the root.

Nope, absolutely not. It’s not a replacement for therapy, either. As your coach I can’t diagnose or treat trauma or mental illness. But I can help you manage it.
As a busy single mom, I completely get it. But here’s the truth: the longer you put off your healing, the longer it will take you to get to the life you want. Each module will be less than an hour and each coaching call will be about an hour. Carving out two hours a week for 4 weeks won’t be easy, but it’s the first step.
You can also watch the modules at times that work best for you.
The Starter Kit is for any mama who has experienced an abusive relationship and is tired of feeling the weight of it but wants to work through it at their own pace. This is not for mamas currently in crisis. If you’re in an abusive relationship right now, please reach out to TheHotline.org and they will help with resources.
Absolutely. If you commit to yourself, your healing, and changing your life, I’ll show up for you 110%. This program will be unique to you and your circumstances so you’ll know how to apply what you learn right away.
