About Karleigh Lynne
I was caught in the abusive relationship cycle for over 10 years.
Suddenly I was a mom and felt more alone than I ever had in my life.
Resources I desperately needed didn’t exist.
First I felt angry, then I took action.
No mom should go through this alone. And I’m working to ensure no one does.
As a single mom in abuse recovery, I get it.
I’m not afraid to say the things others refuse to acknowledge.
Raising kids is HARD. Healing from abuse is HARD. Doing them together feels dang near impossible.
But I’m living proof that you don’t have to live in fear and misery. You worthy and deserving of a beautiful life, and I’ll show you how to get it.
My 8 year old son, Axel and I!
To help women who have experienced abuse not only heal, but understand that they are worthy and deserving of love, respect, and the life they desire.
To teach the younger generations their worth and that they don’t deserve abuse. Unfortunately, abuse is so normalized that we’re raised to believe it’s just part of being in a relationship.
I’m determined to rip this belief out at the root. I’m all about helping women recover, but we also need to attack this epidemic of violence at the root with prevention.
The epidemic of abuse is massive problem, so I have a massive vision.
I intend to create a massive solution (or at least a step in the right direction of the solution).
I have plans to create a nonprofit that helps women’s shelters get better funding and provide therapy to the women in them.
I want to speak in schools (all ages) and teach about self worth, abuse prevention and signs to look for. Consulting the schools themselves (as well as businesses) and helping them understand what it means to be in an abusive relationship and how to help survivors.
While this will take time, the next big vision will be happening in 2023, where I’ll host a live event where you’ll be able to get educated, inspired and learn how to heal yourself and the generations after. Plus, we’ll have a prom to celebrate how far we’ve come.
Be sure to stick around to get details on it all!

You know you have to set better boundaries but you also feel like you can’t stand up for yourself. You don’t even know where to start, right?!
Girl, you are SO not alone. It took me YEARS to realize that not only was I allowed to set boundaries, but in fact I SHOULD.
In this free guide, I break down why boundaries matter AND the three step framework to start setting (and keeping!) them TODAY.
Every Tuesday and Friday I share a new podcast episode sharing the good, the bad, the ugly and the downright horrendous parts of being a mom while recovering from abuse.
It’s not always fun, but I’m not afraid to say the things that other people avoid.
