On today’s episode, I share my love for affirmations and the importance of self talk. Below are the four main affirmations I give to my clients and a quick breakdown of the steps.

I am worthy
These are my favorite because they encompass the biggest struggles I see in women.
1 – Notice how you talk to yourself and/or how you feel about a particular thing you want to accomplish
2 – write down the negative thoughts and feelings holding you back
3 – write down the opposite, positive things that become your truth
4 – Turn them into affirmations
5 – Say them out loud to yourself twice a day
6 – Turn your goals into affirmations
Rinse and repeat!
