There’s so much information out there when it comes to health and nutrition, and it can be hard to navigate. When I was first learning, I found it so much easier to digest information through documentaries. I encourage you to watch these and use them as a starting point.
I like to tell people not to believe anything I say or anything they read – I don’t want you take it at face value. I want you to dig in and do the research yourself. These documentaries are meant to pique your interest and get you excited to learn more. That isn’t to say the information in these aren’t valid – it most certainly is.
