Something I share on my Instagram a lot is my breakfast shake. Breakfast has never been my favorite meal but I knew how important it was to get my metabolism revved in the morning. So finding something that took less than 5 minutes to prep and I could drink was a total win for me.
My Favorite Breakfast Shake:
12 oz unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops Chocolate Peanut Butter Orgain Protein Powder
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 banana (frozen makes it extra creamy)
1 tbsp flax meal
I put all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy.
It is the best breakfast shake ever. It’s all I can do to keep my son from drinking mine. It’s easy, nutritious, and delicious. I don’t think there’s any way to lose with that!
It’s also easy for me to bring two scoops with me in my gym bag. That way when I’m done with my workout, I can grab my shaker cup, add water and Orgain, and I’m fueling my muscles with quality nutrition.
