I am so incredibly grateful for you.
Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, you’re the absolute best gift I could ever ask for. Honest to goodness you have no idea how you’ve changed my life.
You’re the perfect example of why community is so amazing and the impact it can have.
To be completely honest, I struggle with creating and maintaining relationships, particularly platonic friendships. Communicating my needs has been hard for me my whole life but it has gotten so much easier this year and you’re the reason why.
Over the course of this podcast, I’ve had to learn how to communicate my message better. I’ve had to become comfortable talking about really hard things.
I’ve worked hard to create a solid community on Instagram, tiktok, the babes on my email list, the listeners of my podcast that’s safe to come and completely be yourself.
But selfishly, it was for me, too. I’ve never felt more heard. I’ve never felt more connected to the world than when I started this podcast.
It has become my safe place to work through my lightbulb moments, my struggles, my roadblocks. Every time I get nervous to post an episode, I get a message where someone says “OH MY GOSH I thought I was alone!”
Having a group of people who just get you is remarkable and I’ve been able to experience it first hand.
This has become a place where women know that they’re loved where they’re at. And that’s all because of YOU. It’s because you listen, you share it with your friends, you send me messages that blow my mind.
We’re constantly lifting each other up and locking arms, going on this journey together. And that’s pretty freaking powerful.
This podcast is so much more than just me talking to a microphone; I have been able to share my message with hundreds of women all around the world.
I’ve been able to impact lives that I never would have been able to reach otherwise. People have reached out to me from listening to the podcast and we’ve become friends. That is how powerful, amazing and beautiful it is to have a community.
If you do not yet have a community, please go find one and engage in one. Whether it’s in person, a Facebook group, a group call, a group chat, whatever it is, find some place where you can go. Be sure to come find me on Instagram and we’ll create our own!
For the first time that I can remember, I finally feel loved, wanted and important.
Most of my life I just felt tolerated and that I didn’t truly matter.
I have found a group of women who understand what it’s like to have gone through what I did. Not only am I able to share what I’ve learned on my journey, but I’m able to talk with others who just get it. That’s freedom, man.
I also want to take a moment and thank you for the impact you’re having on the world. The more you listen and share, the farther this message goes. The more this message gets out, the more women get to absorb the message that they’re WORTHY and that they MATTER.
That’s because of YOU.
I’m just so incredibly grateful for that, for you.

As insane as 2020 has been, it brought me you. And for that I’ll be forever grateful.
